A supermarket already has most of what quick delivery needs: stock on the shelf, staff on the floor and customers a few streets away. What it rarely has is the app, the picking flow and the tracking screen that take years to build.
Daayim Partners exists so that a supermarket can run its own 3-minute delivery from its own branches. Shoppers pick your branch in the Daayim app, your staff pick and pack from the staff app, and the order goes out to the door. Your prices, your stock, your customers.

Everything a branch needs to take an order, pick it and hand it over is included, for every branch you add. Each tool is the same on your first branch and your fiftieth.
Your range, prices and stock, per branch
Add and edit products, set a price and a stock level for each branch, and switch a product off when it runs out, all from your phone. What you set is what shoppers see in the Daayim app for that branch. A supervisor sees every branch; a branch admin sees only the branches assigned to them.
Your shelves in the app, without retyping
You do not type your range in by hand. Search the Daayim catalogue in the store admin app, tick the products you sell and import them with names, images and details filled in. Then set your own price and stock for each branch. Products the catalogue does not have, you add yourself.
From notification to doorstep
A new order rings on the branch phone. A picker claims it, works through the list, marks items picked or unavailable and offers a substitute, and the shopper’s reply comes back to the picker. When the bag is ready a driver picks it up and delivers it with photo proof.
Shoppers watch the order move
Shoppers see each step: order received, being picked, on its way, delivered. If an item is wrong or missing they report it from the order screen, so the issue reaches you directly. Fewer calls to the branch, and a clear record of what happened.
The right branch for every address
Shoppers choose an emirate and area, or let GPS pick the closest branch. Each branch serves its own small delivery zone around it, so orders go to the branch that can fulfil them. Add a branch and it appears in the picker.
Set up for you, separate from everyone
Each supermarket runs on its own dedicated Daayim system, set up in the background when you join. Your products, prices, stock and orders stay separate from every other supermarket, and you can export your data at any time.
